In view of encouraging measures taken by the Government to liberalize the Economy and in order to diversify in to real estate ventures. Your Directors have been considering various proposals for diversifying in the company’s activity in to real estate activities.
The alteration in the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association as set out in the Resolution to facilitate diversification. This will enable the Company to carry on the business economically and efficiently. This will also enlarge the area of operations of the Company.
