Question: Who is the service receiver?
Question: Is xyzab Pvt Ltd. eligible to books of bill?
Question: Can XYZAB Pvt Ltd. take CENVAT Credit?

2. ABCDE pvt ltd only need to book the bill and further same will be raised invoice to XYZAB pvt ltd
3. Credit is available to ABCDE Ltd
