sir, we have purchased certain material from Maharashtra that reached Lucknow in May during the lock down period. it was stuck with the transporter since then and the validity of E-way bill has expired on 31st May, 2020. now we want the transporter to send us the material but he is asking for E way bill. what is the course of action in such case. As per my knowledge the validity can be extended 4 hour before the expiry of validity period. please help ,e with this issue. Thanks in advance.
