Management services have not been defined in the companies act as on date. VAT audit is a certification which cannot be said to be management services as the deliverables are not addressed to the mgmt. but to state government. Mgmt services will be those where deliverables are addressed to mgmt and We get into the shoes of the mgmt. So filling if various returns is the primary duty of mgmt and hence will be considered as mgmt services.
