Plzz guide me on below mention query.....
One of my sales representive travel across the county for marketing purpose, however he usually hire auto in the field, on arrival of destination the auto driver is unable to provide any bill of fare. Plzz let me know how to consider this fare as travelling exp. With out bill.. also guide me what should i do........which could let the AO to except this exp...

09 December 2015 depending upon the size of your Company, you can decide the reasonable limit of such expenses to be sanctioned on self certification basis.

The auto rikshaw fares are decide by the local RTO. If required, you can call for the information from the respective RTO.
