Will it be the Pre-paid expenses .
or it will be the current year expenses.

02 July 2010 Since the advertisement has been given in last year itself the expenses should be charged in F. Y. 2009 - 10 itself.

05 July 2010 Since the advertisement has been given in last year itself the expenses should be charged in F. Y. 2009 - 10 itself as the expenses have been incurred in the last year though it is given for something for next year.
