Hii Experts,
My question is whether expense on director's surgery is allowable to company or not? If allowable under which section/case law.Because if it is allowable then we can get benefit of 30%.Or Is it better to reimburse the same to director as salary reimbursement.Which option is preferable? and Why?

better to give it under salary....... surgery per se is not allowable expenditure under income tax act
