14 October 2013 Dear Sir & Friends

I have one query to you plz resolve it.
is ca institute allow us to clear a group this way.
suppose if i give two papers one time and cleared it with scoring more than 60 then in a next attempt will ca institute allow us to appear in the next two papers of the same group and if i score the marks as
Paper 1 > 60
Paper 2 > 60
Paper 3 > 40
Paper 4 > 40
will this group be considered as cleared/passed ?

Regards & Very much Thanks
Ajay

14 October 2013 The rule for exemption in ca is explained as under:
If u get 60 marks in accounts in final ca then in next attempt u cannot avail benefit of any other exemption in same grp subject like FM,LAW,AUDIT.

It means at one time u can take only one exemption attempt wise in 1 grp .

15 October 2013 If u score 60 or more in 2 subject at same sitting of exam then u will be allowed exemption but then for next 3 attempt u cannot avail any other exemption in same grp unless u surrender the earlier exemption of the subject u got.
