My client run business up to 10 years.And given to another person & received Goodwill.The said amount invested in to Newly House property & claim exemption U/S 54F. My query is that the House is in both name i.e first name is Husband & second name spouse. Whether 100% exemption available ? or 50% availabe ? If any High Court judgement or decesion?
