HI,I WANTED TO ASK IS THE AMOUNT RECEIVED ON REDEMPTION OF THESE BONDS TAXABLE??THANKS A LOT

If the amount has been received after redemption then no tax on the same. Tax is payable only on the interest amount of the bonds not on principal received on redemption.
