My company was deducted 1 day salary from employees salaries and paid to AP Chief Minister relief fund. I dont have individual receipt then How can I claim deduction in my income tax return.

01 March 2010 Your monthly salary sheet which shows the payment towards it; is sufficient for the purpose right now.

01 March 2010 Agree with Mr.Surendra.your salary payslip showing Deduction towards 80G is enough and employer sholud consider while calculating your tax liability in respect of Donation to C.M.Relief fund 100 % deduction u/s.80G
