Exemption of service tax

26 November 2015 Dear Sir,

I am working in a trading company.It is situated in delhi. My company is emport Battery from china & distribute in India.My company anual turn over is 100 crore.So i want to know that can we take Exemption of Service tax, because my company is not pay service tax.Please tell me the what nitrification take regarding service tax Exemption.

26 November 2015 There is list of services on which service tax is not applicable...is called negative list...and trading of goods is covered on that...so dont worry ..your co. Is not requred to pay service tax.

26 November 2015 One More question is. if any transporter have less then 10 vehicle and the tranporter give ther service then will tds is deducted on transporter or not. And in what condition tds not deducted on transporter. please reply me the answer.
