23 January 2015 I want to know any exemption of service tax if the Architect issue completion certificate to construction project and builder applied for completion certificate to respective corporation
(Exemption to Flat Purchaser )

23 January 2015 If the builder is receiving entire sale consideration after issuance of completion certificate from competent authority, then the same will be out of the preview of Service Tax.
