exemption of 1.5crore in s.s.i. unit

14 May 2011 we have started a s.s.i. unit of granite industry but we have invested in machinery above than 5.00 crore. now can we entitled to get the exemption of 1.50 crore turnover with out excise duty. asper the investment of machinery we are now going to medium scale industry instead of s.s.i unit.
