One of my client wants to purchase a running pharma unit at baddi wants to know whether the balance exemption period can be granted to his new industry.
Basically he is going to purchase full plant including some debtors and some stocks. The unit is already running at Baddi from last 3 years.

change of management may not qualify himself for exemptions, better to get such unit on lease for the exemption period.
