01 September 2013 Respected sir , I m newly qul.CA ( passing in may 2013),but my gmcs is pending . My family condtion is not so good.My mother alwaysin illness. She does not do any work independnetly . Hum unko akale nahi rahne de sakte ek pal bhi. So I want to know that is it possible- waiver/ exemption from gmcs

For completing CA course, your time is also required for such kind of programmes. So, give some time for these programmes after taking home responsibility.

If you completes Three Months’ Residential Programme in General Management, Personality Development and Communication Skills organized by the Board of Studies will not be required to undergo GMCS Course.

02 September 2013 I think u should keep a care taker while u undergo for GMCS training and its a matter of 15 days, in any case you have do GMCS else u will not get your icai membership number from icai even in this case also.
