Exemption from Cutoms Duty in case of Hopitals

Is there any exemtion from cutoms duty on plant and machneries imported by a Hospital whose 10% of the beds are for charitable purposes??If yes please tell the cirular or notification number etc. OR There is any other exemption for hospitals??

we need to know the modus opperandi you wish to carry out before we offer reply.
We do assist Hopsitals, Doctors, Clinics and Charitable Trust to import hospital equipments and furniture and offer our services from sourcing material, imports, customs clearnce and door delivery of the goods
