Can assessee avail the benefit of Exemption limit of Rs. 10L every year??
Or once he crosses the exemption limit of Rs. 10L, he is required to pay service tax every year even though in the next year his taxable services are within 10L limit??

You can avail exemption of Rs.10L every year provided your aggregate value of service in the preceding year does not exceed Rs.10L

Once you crosses the limit of 10 Lacs,then it is required to pay service tax every year even though in the next year your taxable services are within 10L limit.
i.e you can not avail the exemption limit every year.
