My customer is saying they will provide us TAX exempted certificate and in invoice the VAT and Service Tax will be zero.

Is it possible, and what should we have to do in this case.

27 October 2013 As you explained that exemption would be from VAT as well service tax , It seems that your customer is either located in SEZ or working as EOU. Pls provide more specific information as to state where you are carrying business, which authority is issuing exemption certificate etc etc.

27 October 2013 Our customer is PWD, Delhi. and we are selling from Delhi to delhi. We are selling some computer items, non-computer items and frames, and server racks etc.
plz update me how they can provide us certificate, and how.
