Can a lawyer be able to execute E-filing of Company affairs ?

No. Only Practicing CS, CWA & CA.

Certain e-forms are to be certified by members,who are in practise, of the three professional bodies only. Therefore, in all cases a lawyer cannot execute e-filing through MCA 21 portal.

i think CS in employment is allowed too.

Just for example, certification of e-form 20B, e-form 23AC, e-form 23ACA ,e-form 32 etc can be done by those members of the three institutes who are in whole time practice only.
