15 September 2016 My client business is import chemicals and sell it in india. Than he require register as a importer or as a dealer in excise department? And in excise registration form they ask about investment detail. But my client has not done any investment in it. Bcz now he take one premises on rent. But in registraton form it can not accept rs 0 investment. What can i do?

15 September 2016 Dear Anonymous, importing and selling is work of importer. does the investment part refer to investment of capital in assets or also working capital that you'll need to identify.

15 September 2016 For working capital he take cc from bank. And share capital is consider as a investment?
