One of Manufacturing Prop. Concern Firm get succeeded by Company , by transferring all their Assets and Liabilities. So , whether Company will apply for fresh Central Excise Registration number or Not?

Yes, company will apply for fresh registration be'cos constitution will be change from proprietorship to registered company.
