Excise refund for supplies made to mahagenco projects.

14 February 2014 Dear Experts.

We have supplied the goods to Mahgenco project under ICB. Now we want to claim the refund against procurement of raw material for this project.

Now the question is Deemed export also is export, Excise duty refund come for deemed export.

Please clarify.
