Excise duty has been changed from 10% to 12% for Jan15 to Feb15
My tariff heading no is 8438.9010
Required the notification or related circular.
pls. guide accordingly.

put tariff rate instead of notification concessional of duty 2 % lifted from 1.1.2015 therefor 12 % duty charged on your ch. no.8438.9010
