Whether trading turnover will calculate for Rs. 150 lakhs turnover limit for Garment tags made from paper board

Trading in Tag cannot be part of excise turnover.

There is arequirement of examining whether the process amounts to manufacture. If merely printing is carried on then whether it couldbe said tobe manufacturing. More details required to answer.
