01 March 2008 Can anybody tel me as to what do FM meant by Small car ? Is it decided by price of car of length of car or facilities of car ?

01 March 2008 i think that is the car of two box and three box variation, i mean (City honda/indigo/verna...) are three box cars and two box cars are (wagon R/maruti 800,i 10......) small cars

03 March 2008 Small car means:as per Central Excise Law:

1. Its length must be less then 4000mm
2. And engine capacity is below 1500cc for diesel cars and below 1200cc in case of petrol/lpg/cng cars.
