Our company is seed processing company, we are purchasing packing materila i.e.corrugated boxes with our company name or logo and laminated sheets with our company name etc.
Whether have any exemption notification from excise duty on packing material?, please give with full details and conditions to avail that notification.

Dears,
If the material is for Export, you can procure duty free material under CT-1/CT-3
Notficatioan 42/2001, but for duty payment clearances, you need to procure on payment of duty.
