We are developing a residential plotting scheme. We will plan to buy a paver block making machine. We produce paver and used into road.
Whether it amounts to excise under captive consumption.
Currently we purchase ready made paver from outside and used into roads.

if other conditions are affirmative and the product is marketable movable than yes it will attract excise duty under captive consumption
