Dear all,
Kindly define necessary ledger(Rg1,Rg 23 etc) is to maintain in excise. Kindly define how we maintain P.L.A ? Because we have read that in PLA firt we have to deposit amount to excise deptt after then we do adjust against sale. I am a Learner of Excise Tax. Kindly guide us maxm.

Dears,
All these Excise Statutory records are Private Records, but required to maintain is best for compliance & Audit purpose.
PLA Book is availalbe ready in Shops, purchase the same and update like our Bank Passbook entries,as credit for Deposits and Debit for utlisation.
