WHETHER I HAVE PURCHASE ANGEL FOR SHED & BUILDING AND PAID EXCISE DUTY SO ITS INPUT OR CAPITAL GOODS ?

Supporting structure for capital asset can be included in capital goods as input and excise duty paid can be claimed as cenvat credit if other conditions are satisfied.

yes it is input and cenvat can be claimed only if other conditions for claiming cenvat is fulfilled.
