19 May 2016 Respected Sir/Madam,

I have already taken 7 months of leave during 3 years of my articleship for IPCC Group 2 (5 attempts) and other exams. Now I want leave for CA Final but my Principle (Boss) is not giving me leave. He is telling me to delay my Final attempt because there is lot of work in office & I have already 7 months leave.

So what can I do now? I am ready for extension applicable to me.
Are there any provisions that I can do my extension of articleship with another CA, as I have completed 3 years with him & I don't want to continue with him.

Please guide me.

20 May 2016 Yes you can do balance period of articleship with other CA also,
you can send form 108 signed by current principal and send form 103 after joining with other ca for balance period of articles

07 June 2016 Thank you sir. But my CA is not allowing me to join another CA, in that case what to do? I don't want to continue with him any further.
