22 April 2014 can i do training for excess leave with any another employer. if yes what will be the requirement to do this ?

23 April 2014 you need to submit Form 108 with the current principal mentioning total leave taken.

thereafter execute a fresh set of Form 102 and 103 with the new principal for excess leave period.
