are recoved in excess &same was deposited to in2.12.14 to it dept . employee has forced to claim refud of excess it,pl guide us how to refund in dec14 upto 31st

Sir,
you can file income tax return for the income of f.y 2014-15 upto july, 15. but the excel utility for returns would be available in may or june, 15. plz wait for the period.

The employer can set it right against the TDS of any other employee....may be for next month....and refund you the TDS.

you can issue the certificate and employee can get the refund after filing his Income tax return.
