I have deducted TDS on Vat amount by over sight, but after filling the tds returns it found.
Now what can I able to do whether the Tds paid is refunded?

15 September 2014 No need to do anything. The deductee will get the credit of excess TDS while filing Income Tax Return.

In this case I discussed with the vendor but he is not supporting what is the next prodedure. He is asking for his tds deducted amount.

15 September 2014 You have to make him understand that he will get the credit while filing Income Tax Return. No other way.
