Dear Anil,
thanks for your opinion, but is there is any rule/provision regarding non impose of penalty in case duty is reversed/paid with interest, as the department is demanding for penalty and planning to issue scn.

Before the scn you have reverse/paid the duty along with interest then scn can not be issue.
