Excel utility not working in the laptop

Hi, I have a laptop which has windows 7. My excel utility is not running in the laptop even after enabling macros. What can be the reason for the same

u must prefer MS Excel version less than 2007 or 2010 of windows xp. otherwise in laptop use Java Utility by updating your Java version from Income tax site.

There may b many reasons like u r using old MS office, use new version of office. Java may also b another problem.

Umesh the questioner has said that after enabling macros the excel is not working.

If there is problem after enabling macros, the utility may not have downloaded properly. I also use Window 7 but there is no problem with me.....
