Iwant to know when the new excel utility will release by cbdt? Any idea?today seen in the site about the release of xml utility..What is that ? Please clarify...

Income tax Dept has released SCHEMA for software developers. Not of any use to laymen like us. Few developers have prepared FREE excel utility; which can be used...no problem for using. But can not upload the same unless e filing site has the upload menu for AY2012-13.
