06 May 2010 Why not purchase a software or use a free software to maintain the same?

You can search for tally 7.2 on web for free

07 May 2010 You will have to make ur formats as suitable to ur kind of industry. No one can help in in that.

For eg:
cash book will have the following format
Date Receipts Amount Date Payment Amount

and their like.
