In icai notification there is a clause which says dates may postpone due to loksabha elections.

that is goint to happen for sure now. elections are supposed to be announced 60 days in advances...So if election are to start and end in April, announcement will have to be done by end of Jan which is too short for government to bring in the final wave of populist measures....

ICAI has just removed the notification...This all drama will continue till general election's schedule is finalized.
