Is mentioning of wrong section by mistake nd writing correct provision treated as Wrong Answer ?

yes as u giving a wrong section refrence no and hence no marks may be awarded to you.

In my view if you have quoted wrong section but mentioned the correct provision some marks will be awarded to you and it can not be treated as wrong answer. But always try to quote sections only if you are sure about it.
