Hi Friends,
can any one tell me that maximum leave (180 days) precribed by CA Institute is inclusive bank holidays and saturday or not.
Please reply urgent.

When you take leaves say for 60 days for exams; then all the leaves i.e.Bank Holiday, Saturday and Sunday are included.
When you don't take continuous leaves; then Bank Holiday and Sunday leaves are not included in the leaves. Saturday leave would be considered as leave.
Write down specifically if any situation is there is your case.
