Hi
I just want to know is it required to get the CA Final Exam Form attested from Principal or any other CA's attestion would work?
Also is it possible if attestion is done from Non practising CA but he has stamp

Stamp not mandatory, you can get it signed with any other CA if you already completed CA articleship and sends form 108 and got completion certificate.
