I generate a ewaybill on 26.03.19 for ghaziabad but material not dispatched from our factory, next day ewaybill expired.
Now how to treat this

There is no benefit to treat one who has expired. (Humour)

Its expiry shows that goods have not been dispatched. No Supply has been made.
