Even Rs.10 refund exists in return filed and the income below 5 lakhs shall i send the return to CPU. EVC automatically not generated

Yes, you should file the return. What error message are you getting is not clear from your query. You can try verify return through Aadhar or Net Banking .

EVC doesn't apply for refund cases. Please send ITR-V to CPC.
