Can anybody will share note on accounting treatment for ESOP administered through the trust route.

there is limited company (not listed) has issued ESOP to his employee with buyback clause if not listed in certian sepcified period. now that period has been passed & company want to buy share through trust mode without reducing his share capital beacause ESOP alloted employee wants to left company .
