17 July 2011 Sir, My Clint is Labour Contractors and wants to register himself with ESIC authority voluntarly. If there is any scheme and what is step and procedure and who much have to pay advance ESIC to department. We have only registered with VAT & Service Tax but not registered under Mumbai Shop & establishment Act. Can we regstered under ESIC without regstring under shop & establishment Act. Please explain

17 July 2011 labour contractor has to pay half yearly contributions in advance.

18 July 2011 Go to the respective department. Fill up the form and take the cards fill it up for all the employees. Submit all the documents. Your registration will be done.

How can you deposit half years' contribution without registration? I have failed to understand.
