23 June 2017 If Gross Salary of Employee's increase from 21000/-, when we can remove from ESIC, I heard that we have to continue till September as Salary hike was done in May w.e.f. from April

Please suggest

23 June 2017 In which month the employee crossing the limit from there you can stop the contribution. not retrospectively. Incase hike given in May then you can stop from May. since it was given predated you cannot stop the contribution for April
