Hi, I have a registered company since 2008. There were 30 employees on daily wages listed in the document for registration. ESI & PF were paid for the first year. after that we did not have operations and there were no employees . Is my company still liable for ESI and PF though there are no employees ? Can somebody provide me details if some forms have to be submitted to ESI and PF offices to inform them about my company status... Thanks, Venkat

You need to inform the concerned authorities. You will get the address on the registration certificate itself. Write a letter stating the above facts. (Since you have already made a delay in informing)
