whether ESI and PF is applicable for trusts also ?

See both the acts are made for Employee safety and applicable to all those org. under which 20 or more peoples are working at ANY POINT OF TIME DURING THE YEAR and once this act applicable on the co. it would be continue to be applicable if its employee falls below the statutory limit. if you fall under the aforesaid criteria then yes it would be applicable to you otherwise not.
