Please tell
- is meal coupons(or vouchers e.g. ticket restaurant or sodexu food coupons of 1500) to be included in Rs. 15ooo limit.
- What are the components to be excluded or included, is bonus to be included in limit?

any fixed remunaration paid on monthly basis to the employee is to be calculated for ESI eligibility.

No,Bonus is not included.All other components are part of 15K

If you are counting the meal cupon for retirement benefit then it is to be included but bonus is not to be included
